Europa Art Shoe is violating Consumers Rights

On the 31st of Feb 2014 i went to buy ladies shoe for my girlfriend at Europa Art Golden Walk in Germiston, Tax Invoice Number: 029952, The shoes doesn't fit my girlfriend to due design however when i was buying those shoes they gave me a cash register sleep at the bottom of it written is small prints General Terms and Conditions:
1) No refunds on any purchase
2) No goods exchanged after 14days
3) No refunds or exchange on sale goods
However no one brought my attention to such stupid terms and conditions and again a cash slip confirms payment and is issued after sale.
As far as consumer right act of South Africa there is no such
