EXCHANGE OF GOODS

On 20th December 2013 I bought a pair of Nike Lebrons at the value of R1499.99 at Studio 88 in the Liberty Promenade Mall in Mitchells Plain. On the 3rd of January 2014 my son told me that he step in a thorn and the bubble underneath the shoe deflated. I went to the shop on 6 January 2014 ask for an exchange. The salesman (Junaid) told me that he cannot exchange the shoes because my son step in thorns or glass or nails. Who look on the ground for these objects when stepping out of your house? The other remark is maybe one of his friends take a pin and put it in the shoe. The problem is the shoes are 3 weeks old and my son cannot wear it because the one shoe is inflated and the other one deflated. They did not explain to me about the bubble underneath the shoe. When I investigate the shoes I found that the plastic of the deflated bubble is softer than the other shoe. On the cash slips is their policy - No Refunds but we gladly exchange on cash sales. According to my telephonic conversation this morning with Ebahim (Manager) that my complaint is the 2nd one - with the same product but did not inform me about the product. Please help.
