I went to Europa Art Shoes six months ago and bought a pair of designer shoes for R1700. when I wore it the right foot kept turning inwards, it wast stable at all. I drove back to Durban from Stanger and demonstrated the fault of the shoe, the attendant tried it on and agreed, the manageress sent it for repairs. After many phone calls they finally said it was ready for collection, only to find out that it was not repaired at all. I called Nhla from the head office in Johannesburg and explained and said that I would like a refund - six months later they call me in to collect another shoe with the very same problem. They refuse to give me a refund. I am so fed up of driving up and down from Stanger to Durban only to collect a shoe that is still not fixed! I wish they will just give me my refund!
