I need someone to call me urgently regarding your service at the cresta store and so is your Head offices number its forever ringing no one is picking.
Im just wondering if there is someone working there.
It seems like your terms and conditions change everyday.
I bought a shoe just before the 20th of December last year, I wore the shoe once and the heal was scratched, I took it back for a refund because I don't want rage shoes anymore because they are of low quality. I lost my receipts and they said they can inly exchange the shoe at a lower price because its on sale now. I bought a shoe @ R259 now they want to exchange it @ R159 the @*!!! And they cant refund me either. But for heaven sake I bought the shoe with my account... how come you do not have my records on your systems. I promise you, you will lose so many customers with such pathetic service.
I wont be supprised if u get beck to me after a year.
