My Fiance purchased a ring for me on Friday for R2799... The ring didn't fit and i returned it. I was told i would have to add money to re-size, I advised I would rather take another ring instead, something I thought would look good on my finger since the original didn't fit.

The return policy said one should return in 30 days for refund in the same way it was purchased, but to my surprise I wasn't given the refund or the desired ring because there were no cash flow so I was told to wait.
I have been to the workshop and Gateway branch and I was proudly advised that the month is quiet and there is no money... They even offered to give me a plain band that I did not like just because they were not going to go give me the money.

My question is where is the money from the original purchase because I don't want their service anymore, Disappointed...

Its not my responsibilty to ensure that they have the cash and I followed the return policy and there was no where, where it was stated that I would wait for CASH FLOW!!!
