Billed for books I never collected

I never collected the books sent to me for collection, now leisure books keeps on sending me statements for books I never collected and before they posted books I told them I did not want their service anymore because of their staff bad attitude and the spoke Afrikaans to me which I never understood and I told them but they keep on sending me statements. I want this matter resolved before they hand m y name to Credit Bureau for false charge as they do to other customers. They have a very bad attitude towards customers. They actually kept on sending me SMS's to pay for things that I had paid for and that is why I decided to cancel their services but it was with a nil balance then. Now they tell me I owe them R802.80 what for? My name is Emgard Ngcobo and my acc no was 21178256
