Leisure books a big rip off!!!

I paid my final bill, then more than a year later finds out that they say I still owe almost R300 and they have blacklisted us!!! NO EMAIL NO POST NO WARNING LETTERS NOTHING!!! I contact them get all the info and they say it will stay on my name for 2 years and if I have a problem with that I must contact ITC it is not their problem!!!
