Ive been a book club client for a few year an had a few problems in the past, but usualy sorted it with a phone call. This time i did order a few books and asked to be couriered to me seeing as it would work out cheaper and i would not need to take time from work to go to the post office. Well after about 2 weeks i phoned them and asked them about my order seeing as courier takes only a week. The lady said that they made a mistake with sending it to my postbox, but that i have only be charged for the courier price. I said to her that it is unacceptable seeing as it was not what i asked for. As a good member i expected that they would at least take the delivery costs off my account, but instead she said they cant do that. People you are seriously mistaken if you think you are the cheapest or first to have books. The only reason i did belong to them was to keep in touch of new and exiting Afrikaans books and writers, but not at that price. I would love to continue my membership, if they could own up to their mistake, and make it worth my while to fetch books, witch is not at the post office yet.
