Complaint still not sorted out

I made a complaint on the 24th Jan 2014 regarding the state of the gaping curtains at the Empangeni store. The response I got from the supplier was that the problem would be rectified with my next visit to the store. Well today the 28th Jan 2014 I went and checked on the changing room curtains and they were still in the same state. Still hanging with most of the hooks missing and once again there was only 1 cashier helping the customers. I cannot believe that a company can think so little of their customers that they expect people to try on garments and have no privacy. Who is going to pay my petrol when I have to drive up and down to the store to fit the clothing. For pete's sake how difficult is it to replace the missing hooks on the curtains.
