Truworhts refuses to allow me to pay my account

My monthly installment was due on 3 Feb 2014. I know the branch in Cresta closes at 18:00 but just to be certain I took time off work to leave early and got there at 17:03. When I got there however they informed me and some other customers that even though their trading hours are until 18:00 they decided to close early (due to no emergency as the other stores in the mall was still open). I told them that I have to pay my account and that if I don't I'll be charged with interest. They then said that it is just the way it is and I'll have to pay the interest because they are not going to let my pay during that time which fell withing their trading hours.
