Shop won't serve food closes early

Third time in about 2 weeks that this branch is either locked up (with staff sitting around inside) or that I am told "the kitchen is closed". Attended at the branch at approximately 20h3020h35 on each occasion. The sign on the door clearly states Trading hours are until 21h00. If the restaurant is going to have "kitchen hours" that are different to its trading hours these should be specified. Luckily for ex-customers, the mall of Rosebank has many other take away restaurants. Very disappointing.
