Closing time to be in line with trading hours noti

Hi, we have a savings account at ithala bank and for the past three working days I have been trying to deposit funds on our account however we were not successful becuase we finish work late and by the time we reach to the its 15:15, but knowing that the bank closes at 15:30 the security guard just closed the door and told me dat he is closing now. When I asked him about the trading hours he just walked away..
