Truworths
Do not keep to the set principles (trading hours)

Bronkhorstspruit Truworths is operating like a spaza shop; when they feel like closing shops they just close. I left work in a hurry to pay my account but unprofessionalism stood in my way. I look at the doors to see the written trading hours and the shop should close at 17H00; I was standing there at 16H53 confused. I asked the staff leaving the store if they've closed already but they just looked at me. Truworths staff should know that principles are important and that respect is paramount. I already logged a complaint with the Department but felt that i can also put it online.
It obvious that the Truworths staff in BRONKHORSTSPRUIT are not disciplined enough and do not respect the people they are servicing, customers. 17H00 is 17H00 not 10 or 5 minute before. We all manage our time. I wonder if they open on time.
