Non Collection of Goods

A request was sent through to Rochester's H/O requesting the collection of some leather chairs for repair. Initially, they were meant to collect them on Wednesday the 29th, which was then postponed to the Thursday, on the Thursday there was a misunderstanding, pushing it to the Friday. On Friday we were told that there had been an error and that the chairs would be collected on Monday morning. It's currently Tuesday morning and we've heard not a word regarding the collection. This is, in a word, unacceptable.
