Failure to replace goods of inferior quality

I bought a leather dining set from Rochester in September 2013 for almost R30k. The goods arrived 8 weeks later and the the chairs had holes on them, stitches were crooked and uneven. I send them an email complaining about the goods. They collected them and tried to fix them but only managed to fix some of the holes on the chairs. They did not fix the stitches and I dont think they can. They should have told me that the chairs that are advertised in fabric can be made in leather but the quality will be inferiou, then I would have been able to make an informed decision not to buy the chairs. I have send endless emails to them asking them to collect their dinner set and give me my money back or give me goods that resemble the quality that I saw in store. Rochester has chosen to ignore my emails. I am appalled by their service and the quality of their goods considering that they pride themselves when it come to quality. I want them to take their dinner set back and give me my money back.
