FastWay ignores request to collect package

I booked a collection on Friday 17 Jan'14 for Monday 20 Jan'14. They never showed up to collect and never bothered to call and explain why. After I called the office on Tuesday, I was informed my package would be collected before 16:00 Tuesday afternoon. It is now Thursday 24 Jan'14 and I have yet to receive word from Bianca de Lange, whom I emailed with my complaint on Tuesday. I cant get through to the office and they are not responding to my emails. As we have an account with them, I requested our monies to be returned back to us - still nothing.
