How difficult is it to deliver my fridge!?

I bought & paid for my WHITE Samsung fridge on the 19th of October 2013.I also arranged & paid R220 for delivery of it on the 2nd of November to my new home. On the 1st of Nov I called them to confirm a time for delivery since I was informed by Sipho (sales guy) and the cashier that I would be able to do that on the day. Only to be told no - company policy has changed I have to basically be available the ENTIRE Saturday awaiting their arrival. I was then phoned at 3PM on Saturday telling me there was a mix-up and they were unable to deliver the Fridge. They then promised delivery on Monday (today). All the while I am forced to make other arrangements with food and cooking - VERY expensive! I rushed home from work today to be here at the arranged time of 15:30 -16:00. They arrived at 17:15 with a SILVER fridge! My kitchen is WHITE. I bought a white fridge for a reason. I have spoken to Lena, Mervin (branch manager) & Sipho at this store - not one of them have come through with the ENDLESS promises made to me over the past 3 days/ 3 weeks. I was told by Lena at 17:55 that Mervin would call me right back to discuss this - surprise! He didn't call. You treat your customers like dirt!
