ITC not correctly updated

Hi. Please help. I have paid up my Foschini account more than Three years ago and this still reflects bad on Transunion. How long does it take for them to update this information because as far as I know it's supposed to be on ITC only for 24month and it has been longer than that. I need them to update this as it is reflecting bad on my name and it has been settled. Please have them remove this from ITC because its paid up.
