I bought a fridge on Thursday 25/07, also paid for delivery fee. I was promised delivery for the 27th before 13:00. On Saturday I waited for my delivery then later on went to the store, they promised I should get my fridge by 17:00, at 16:00 I called the store to follow up, I was told the drivers have lot of deliveries, hence they cant commit to any time, so I should just wait for the driver to call me. I feel this is unprofessional and unacceptable, I paid for this delivery yet Im treated like some charity case. I'm so disgusted By Game's attitude on commitment towards their customers. Can I just have this sale cancelled and give me my money back, I'm sure there are other stores who take their customers serious. How can such a big store like Game not have control over deliveries. I would appreciate no hassle when it comes to giving my money back, Thank you
