I ordered a camera on the 12 December 2013 and paid for the item on the same day. I was informed by email and on the website that the item was in stock and that it would be shipped in 24 hours. I then woke up to an email on the 16th stating that [URL Removed] needed confirmation of payment. This is despite confirmation of payment not being mentioned prior to this. Here I now sit on the 19th, still without a camera after being told on email the item would be here by today. After calling the call centre I have now been informed that there is no stock of the item. I am kind of sick of this as I always have to call to get information. Could I please just get what I paid for! I don't accept this story of no stock as there was stock available when the item was purchased. [URL Removed] please take care of your customers or I will not be buying a from you again.
