I bought a 2 pack DVD set of Aladdin for my sons. When they wanted to watch the DVD, it was not Aladdin on the DVD (despite Aladdin branding on the DVD) but in fact Grey's Anatomy. I called Musica to tell them and the assistant on the phone was very helpful and said I could bring the DVD back so they could check it. When I went there, the same assistant tested the DVD and found that it was not Aladdin. All was fine as he said I could swap it for something else. When the manager, Mark, came to do the exchange, he was unfriendly and rude. He said I had to pay in the difference for the swap (they didn't have anymore Aladdin and I was then forced to choose something else). I would have been fine to pay in the difference as the other DVD was slightly more expensive, but he did not even offer me a discount for the inconvenience. When I asked him why they don's test the DVDs in the store his response was and I quote "It's not possible for us to test 5000 DVDS and the also they won't be sealed anymore if we do that". I understand all of this, but the way in which he handled the complaint was rude and unprofessional. I might as well buy fake DVD's if this is the service Musica offers.
