On tue, 6 aug at about 16:00 I went to Musica, waterfall mall, rtb. To exchange a dvd that did not want to play in my dvd player, the lady at the counter clearly looked irritated with me. Maybe she was tired or overworked, but definately not pleased that I needed her help. She went to a laptop in store to test my dvd. Off course it worked. But still she was so irritated. I felt very uncomfortable. End of story, my disc was fine, but she agreed to exchange it. The problem is I felt like an. After her treatment, and told her that she must leave it, and I would rather go to another musica. Point being. I do not want to get her in trouble, but really she has not cutomer skills and I spend hundreds of rands at Musica, you can trace it on my clicks card. I will not accept this treatment. Then I would rather support Look and Listen
