Replacing working parts/ incorrect diagnosis

I reported my non working applaince through bosch. The technician from Aladdin electronics parow came out and said the pc board needs replacement at R750. I luckily did not pay upfront as they insisted for the work. After more than 48 hours (bosch response time) I switched on the freezer again in desperation. it is working fine now without any repair. I suspect that the unit did a reset during the off period. Either the technician is incompetent or they replace unncessary parts. I cant believe bosch still partners with them. Glad i did not pay upfront. Very bad experience. Payment issue overshadow all conversations, not service.
