Shocking Customer Service

I bought an article of clothing at Truworths Greenstone Hill. On arrival home, I realised that I had been charged an amount different to what was displayed on the price tag (the article was on sale). The next day I visited Truworths Carletonville to query the price charged. The store manager casually admitted that she didn't know what to do & then proceeded to tell me that this was actually not her problem, it was Greenstone's error & I would have to visit that store. I found her lack of interest and rude attitude shocking!
