Two years ago I made payment arrangement with Edgars with regards to my account. I was experiencing financial difficulty but did not want to dishonor my agreement I made with them when I opened the account. There was an arrangement made whereby I make a payment of R500 monthly which I have been honoring without defaulting a single payment. However almost every month I get "harassed" during working hours asking when Im making my next payment or accusing me of not paying. I get told at times it doesn't reflect on their system and I must please excuse them cause sometimes their system is slow. I do have my receipts and feel that they are wasting my time. There were times when I paid them double than what was agreed upon yet I don't get a thank you call when this is done. They even go as far as sending me sms's two days before my pay day requesting payment!

I feel this is unacceptable customer service as I am trying my best not to dafault on my payments but in turn still get harassed during my work hours. Some consultants even give me a stinking attitude and I would like this issue to be resolved immediately as it's embarrassing and degrading receiving these calls and messages.
