Lackmailing from hi-fi corp

I constantley have problem with hi -fi corp in westgate, the call us constantleyblackmailing us for money and I made arrangemant for payment about two months ago... and on monday the 15th of July 2013 demanding and being very rude to my husband and I quote "when are you deciding to make payment on your account we better have payment by friday"IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT CLIENT I'm getting tierd and really upset and iff about this we make arrangements with the debt collectors I even sent a mail regarding the arrangements and now the call us again when will it stop I demand I call to sort out this problem.
