Incorrect advice given

Bought a Serta Liro bed from above company on 13/7/13. Gabby was very helpful on the day but it seems that attitude was only to secure a sale. Advised her of back problems experience with current bed. Was looking for a foam top type bed that would conform to the contours of ones back. Was advised of the above bed due to it's latex top which is equivalent to foam top. Six months later and the top of this bed which is the latex part is as hard as rock. the bed is not soft at all. approached Serta directly and was advised that must report to BFA first who will log complaint on our behalf. email sent. get a call from a lady 1 week later advising that she is calling on the area managers behalf who asked her to call cos he is too busy. there is nothing they can do about the bed because the only consider if the bed is broken or ' something '. this does not count as a complaint. asked for her to put this in writing and am still to hear from her. worse service ever received. when i originally called beds for africa, all they did was transfer me from pillar to post with no one wanting to help. i spent so much on this bed only to back to square one with a bed that is as hard as a rock.
