Refuse to sort out bed

Bought a SERTA bed from Beds for Africa in 07//2013. Bed is already rock hard. Logged a complaint about the bed only to be told that if the top becomes hard, there is nothing they can do. They only consider service if a bed is broken. Got the call from some lady who was calling on behalf of the area manager who was too busy to call. Asked her to confirm it in writing and am still waiting from the confirmation. Terrible bed and i would not recommend Serta at all. The latex top on the bed which is supposed to be the foam top equivalent and conform to your posture is useless. It does not conform at all and just gets rock hard. Very poor service from the company with a dont care a dam attitude after the sale is concluded. will never ever buy a bed from them again. Also would not recommend BEDS FOR AFRICA STRUBENS VALLEY who made the sale promising this bed to be the best thing under the sun.
