Does my TV still exist?? Very Angry

I took my LG TV in for repairs at Makro on the 16th of November 2013 and i was told that it will take 4-6 weeks for it to be repaired, my reference number is 2180881, till today31 January 2014 im still waiting for my TV, every time i call Grace and Obakeng promises to call me after 15 min and they never call me, i am sick and tired if they cant bring back my TV they must just buy me another TV.

I drive there waisting my petrol only to be told to come back and when i do go back my TV is still not there. I have waited too long and i cannot wait anymore all i want is my TV as soon as possible.
