Got back damaged goods.. Again

I bought a Fujifilm Instax mini camera at Makro in December 2012 for a Birthday in January as it was on promotion. When i used it, the photos came out half as if the ink palate wasn't working correctly. In late January 2013 I took my Camera in to get it repaired/replaced. After waiting for almost an hour to get some assistance at the returns desk, they told me that they can only send it away for repairs as the 14 day guarantee was up. All good and well I Let them send it away.

They phoned me at the beginning of March 2013 to tell me that my camera is ready. On the 14th of March i picked it up after they said it was fixed. When i got home, i tried it out, and it still does exactly the same. There were no more photos taken with it while it was away, so i assume the didn't even test the camera. It still does exactly the same where photo only shows half of the picture. Nothing has been repaired.

I am very unhappy as I now have to make time to drive back to Makro, wait 6 to 8 weeks, and hopefully it will be fixed the. This cannot be the best service they offer. I understand it's being sent away, but a follow up to make sure the product is fixed is NEEDED!
