Hello Peter
I am very unhappy about the service that my Husband got at Makro today. We bought a kettle on the 8 April and it stoped working. On 1st May when my Husband returned it, he was told to wait for 3 weeks for a repair even though he told them that he does not want the kettle anymore as He feels it will take long to wait for 3 weeks while we do not have a kettle to use at the moment. I am very upset with this as we cannot wait for this long and we do not have a kettle at the moment. What I need is my money back or a kettle while I am still waiting for the other one to be repaired.
