Wrong Order/ Over pricing/ Ignorance of complaint

I made an order for a 13 piece Annabel comforter set.. I then received a message indicating that the full set is not available, I would receive a smaller set., with a promise that the amount will be adjusted accordingly. Before I could respond, the order arrived. surprisingly without a document detailing the contents as usual. I thought this was just a mistake. On receiving the account, I realized the the amount was not adjusted as promised. I was patient. I then made an affidavit complaining. To my surprise I am always told it was received and will be looked into. Meanwhile I receive threatening calls to pay up, which I do i do as an honest citizen, but wonder if I will ever get a response. The items I received are; 1 comforter, 2 standard pillow cases, 2 continental pillows, 1 and 1 easy bed fitted sheet and 1 piece of curtain. As you can see, this did not fit in any of your set. What do I do with one piece of curtain? Ever since I became a client, I most of the time do not receive exactly what I have ordered, it is most of the time replacement accompanied by an apology coming with the order, yet when I order, I am told items are available. The worst is the annabel and 3 blanket
