On the 8th of january 2014 i visited the store to buy drain cleaner, so to cut the matters short i was told to submittt documents so that i would be assisted but i have not, i sent my husband a few times to hand the documents in but the manager was not there so he could not leave them, i then kept on calling until i was assisted by a lady named Alinah even though she was of help i am still not happy cause if the manager is not inn then its Alinah, i dont know what to do know. Can some one assist me since the store does not any customer service.
