This is second time I am reporting KFC Vaal maal, it will also be the last as the shocking service I received will ensure I will never return there. Not only was the food I received totally disgusting, what I witnessed from Alinah was absolutely appalling. I was asked to park after going through the drive through as the food would take a while. 15 minutes passed before i got my order from Alinah, so I naturally complained to her in a professional way and her response was to walk away and show me her middle finger. I immediately went inside to report it to the manager (jacob) and he was not even bothered to offer an apology. Alinah then denied her actions saying she pointed at my cars licence paper on the window. Now she is calling me a on top of everything. If the manager condones that behaviour he is more to blame than alinah who is clearly so uneducated that she would act like a barbarian. Disciplinary action must be taken.
