It is a pleasure shopping at Builders Express in Norwood. I was assisted by Wayne on a few occasions he gave me excellent service and went out of his way to make sure I got the right products. On another occasion I was assisted by Jonathan (or Johnny I can't recall the name). The guys also refer me to the correct places for other solutions. These guys have given me good practical advice to my specific building, security and general maintenance requirements. I found all the staff at Builders Express Norwood to be outstanding. Their level of expertise is of a high standard and their advice has saved me making some costly mistakes. On occasion I have asked the manager for discounts and he has always made a plan. Customer service is defiantly a priority at this store. Thanks guys.
