Pick and Pay: Disgusted Service Once Again

During December a packet of sweets has been purchased from Pick and Pay... don't know which branch as my visiting brother from Gauteng had purchased them. The sweets upon opening are white in colour... I phoned the Pick and Pay customer care and was advised to take it to my nearest Pick and Pay Store who will gladly assist me to exchange. Today my sister does so at Acropolas Mall in Phoenix. The response from Pick and Pay was firstly no manager could assist me because they are in a meeting... too busy to attend to a Customer, me the guy that pays there salaries. The one that they claim to be their priority?? The lady that did however assist was blatant about the new POLICY that Pick and Pay does not accept or refund or exchange without a till slip. I would expect this from Moosas but not Pick and Pay? The slip must be thrown away by now, the total spend for this was R1500 rand. Pick and Pay has once again failed to satisfy me... nobody important, just the CUSTOMER, but I am not surprised this is another poor service delivery. Do me a favour Pick and Pay, take down all your promises because it is not worth the paper it's written on. South Africans don't make the same mistake.
