Unexpected service excellence

I went to Builders Express near closing time to get some gardening accessories and the young man assisting me (a young, skinny guy with dreadlocks) went above and beyond to assist me. He knew all about the plants, where to plant them and then assisted with items within the rest of the store. The other staff looked irritated that I was there late near to Xmas holidays but he was very helpful. I'm a girly girl and Builders is my new favourite shop
