Disappointing experience

Dischem has always been one of my favorite stores so it has been quite frustrating and disappointing for me to shop for cosmetic's at the La Lucia and Westwood stores. On the last few times when I have wanted to try out a shade either of lipstick, lip pencils etc. There just hasn't been any tester and the standard reply has been "We don't have a tester or it has been, we are under orders from head office that we can't replace it". As much as I am aware that tester do get and that maybe the supplier has to replace them, it is Dischem that I am making a purchase from or wish to. Often have left the store without purchasing any cosmetics. Decided this last occasion to buy a lip pencil without been able to test the shade (no tester again!) to my frustration when I got home wasn't the right shade. The sales ladies were not very helpful especially at the La Lucia branch where you were viewed more as an irritation than as a customer.

Definitely not shopping at Dischem for make up again!
