Rude, Unhelpful and a 2 of 8

Cars & Transport

He was very rude, he could not even look at me while I was talking to him. I said "Hello" and he looked up at me from behind his desk while looking at his papers on his desk, his computer screen and typing and said "Hello". He immediately continued to look at his screen and type. I waited for him to stop and look at me so that I could have a conversation with him. He took a while and looked up at me and said "I am listening" and continued to look at his screen and type. I then explained what my vehicle has been booked in for including the reason for the new key. I handed him my spare key. The driver dropped me off at home when I gave the driver my service book to give to Rajendra.
Later that day I received a call just before 9am from Rajendra who said the service to the vehicle is complete and that the new key is not covered under the warranty and if I want them to replace the key I will have to pay for it. I once again explained the whole situation again. Not once did he offer to contact the Pinetown branch and confirm my request even after telling him who arranged me receiving a new key. I then said I would call my Sales Advisor and ask him to contact you...
