BAD ATTITUDE FROM TWO PEOPLE

This morning early I went to Dischem Village Walk, Three Rivers, waiting for the bank to open, I thought I'll pass the time and get what I need at Dischem and Checkers and then go to the bank. On paying at till no. 6 and asking the cashier if they would make me a copy of my ID document that I needed to have for other purposes, she said yes I could just ask someone at the front desk, I said thank you and walked to the front desk. There was a man standing behind the counter and I asked him if he could please make me a copy of my ID Book, he looked at me suspiciously, calling another woman assistant, she asked me what I needed a copy for with an attitude of disrespect, looking like a wild animal, requesting answers, which I gave her. I said to her that I was having a credit card delivered and the Courier Service required a copy of my ID, as if it was any of her business, she abruptly turned and started walking away, saying they don't make copies for their customers. My argument? Staff and security always see me entering and exiting Dischem, they know I'm a regular customer, spend thousands of rands at the store. How many customers ask for copies? You are both pathetic!!!
