This is a follow up of complaint on order no 30034524 of account no 400143594. Please I have tried to contact you by email and also by phone to no avail! The email returned failure delivery several times and the workers at Home Choice call centre are not able to put me across to you!
Please reply to my email address as soon as possible so that I can get your correct email address and send through the documents you requested. Also, your phone call to me yesterday did not disclose your phone number.
Use my original cell phone you used to talk to me yesterday if you wish to talk to me again by cell phone. I am afraid that one has to talk to a company only through third party???
