Struggling to buy with Coricraft

On the 9th of January 2014 I placed an order on the Coricraft website. I have done some business with them in the past and was always very happy. Now I am frustrated and not so happy anymore. When I placed the order, I received my quote via email. This stated that I had to pay 50% deposit for them to start with my order. I made the payment immediately. A week passed, and we still did not get a phone call, a reply on the mails I sent in regards to my order. So we phoned them. At first, they could not find my order, then after a struggle they got the order on the system, and replied that they could not send the items I requested because they were discontinued. We had to phone all the branches ourselves to get the chairs we wanted, they did not make much effort from their part. We finally, after a week of phoning, got everything we wanted. We received the invoices and made the final payment on the 24th of January - this after phoning them for the invoices. Now we still have not received our furniture because now they claim I must pay an additional R 1430 for 120km delivery. Im not a happy customer. Thanks to Milly Mahani though from the Boksburg branch fighting on my behalf withno luck
