Awful customer service

There are no public notices any where in the centre stating you can not sit on a small wall out side a shop while waiting for it to open. My son 5 and I were waiting for the barber to open we Dodd not wish to go sit and wait in the car with it being 30 degrees about... or stand for however long a man and security told us we are not allowed to sit on the wall and wait there is no public seating anywhere. When asked why there is no public notice he said because he can make his own rules. This is unlawful and just plain rude. I think if the shopping centre had a look at the issues and poor management they would increase foot traffic. We will not come back in any hurry I rather drive to a better centre
