Worst service I ever received!!

The 3rd of January 2014, we bought a dining room table with 8 chairs, a server and a sofa from Coricraft at Lochlogan waterfront in Bloemfontein. We were told that our items will be ready for pick up in two weeks time. When the two weeks passed we phoned to confirm our pick up and they said that they only have the Server in stock and the rest of the items will be received in the next week. That week passed and we phoned again and still non of the other items were received. The fourth week came and went and the same story. After phoning the manager to explain that we made arrangements at the date they gave us, they said that they would phone us back. We are still waiting for that call. Today (5th week after order) I phoned again to explain that we live 100km from Bfn and that I must know when we can come and collect the items. A lady said that she cannot give me a date because they are busy with stock taking and they will call me back. After asking her what time can I expect the phone call she passed the phone to another person telling me that the warehouse is closed for the day. I would have waited all day for that promised call. This is the worst aftersale service I've ever seen.
