On the 24th July I ordered my furniture and we are now on the 19th September with no satifactory solution. Delivery time was delayed due to incorrect leather for the sofas being delivered to warehouse, when phoning to check on the order I was given endless promises of someone returning my calls and letting me know the status of delivery. I was promised delivery only to find out the order was still not complete and the delivery would take place a week later. When the tables & chairs did arrive (this was a repeat order) the chairs were a poorer quality than the ones previously delivered, the dining table was shorter, narrower and natural (multi coloured not the brown as the order indicated or previous table). I have been told they have changed suppliers which has resulted in poorer quality furniture probably cheaper. The reason I went to Coricraft was to have a repeat order of existing furtniture. Apparently it is now impossible to match what I got from them previously even though they are advertising the poorer quality products with the same name. I would like a solution on how to match with what I have not more problems. I am still chasing up on promised follow up phone calls.
