No response on enquiry from MANAGER. Unacceptable!

We bought our daughter a Bounce tricycle from this store for Christmas. Unfortunately my husband drove over the one wheel and i phoned the store to ask if they could help with a replacement wheel or to help me order another wheel, seeing that they sell this specific trike. Theresa promised to find out and get back to me. Three weeks later I'm still waiting. Not even a call to say she's unable or unwilling to help. This is unacceptable, especially from personnel in a management position!
