3 months 4 different people and no result

I bought a chair for play-station car games for R3999 and there was a steering wheel of the same brand next to it which I bought as well to go with it. After assembling it, i tried to connect the R999 steering wheel to it and it did not fit. I brought the steering wheel back and explained the story, the young man said he would get back to me. Two weeks later after hearing nothing I went back to the store and spoke to Tasha, he would resolve and phone me back. Two weeks still nothing. I went in again and spoke to Eddie, the manager, he said he would resolve. A couple of days later someone called and said that they can get a R4000 steering wheel for this chair, I told him that this was not in my price range. He said he would get back to me. This never happened.
I took the chair back that Saturday and I was kept waiting for an hour and I eventually just left, leaving my details.
I went in again last weekend and I was told that without the packaging I couldn't return the product. I explained to Eddie again that I didn't want to return it but he couldn't and didn't resolve my problem.

To date I have no chair, no money and no call
