Car with no spare wheel

Bought my car on 9 may'13, Today is 13 aug'13 and i don't have a spare wheel... Funny thing is i received NO communication from anyone to tell me that i will be receiving the wheel in a month or so... NOTHING!!! i am the 1 who should always call the branch to hear when i will be receiving it. When i first phoned it would be in July, haven't received anything or any information when it did not came. Phoned again this morning to be told that the service department is going to contact me when the wheels arrive... UNACCEPTABLE, to be driving around JHB/PTA without any spare wheel??? Just think Renault SA should definitely do something about this, I PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY for this car!!!
