February 2012, I bought a car from Lifestyle Motors and as a first time car buyer it should have been a great experience but it wasnt. After the deal was done, I found that my car didnt have a spare wheel. May & the manager promised to find me a SUITABLE wheel for my car.(My car passed the AA test, spare wheel ticked, but no wheel, how is that possible?)After numerous visits, calls, leaving messages throughout the year, May manage to find me 2 normal sized wheels, both didnt fit in the boot. The GM promised to find me one that will fit. I phoned May on the 7thMarch to tell her that I might have a lead to the correct wheel for my car, but I didnt have the chance to tell her because she started screaming, telling me that she already found me 2 wheels, and I didnt want it.(Where was I suppose to put the big wheels, on my roof or back seat?)I phoned the GM the next day, he said he will speak to the owner and come back to me, I am still waiting. As a client, I have the right to good service and to get the goods that was promised to me. If u are looking for great service, friendliness, kept promises and feedback, DON'T go to Lifestyle Motors Centurion, U are going to wait forever.
