Cycle lab "lost" my brand new mountain bike wheel

5th November I took my bike wheels to get sealant into the tubes, Ryno tells me that he cannot do it right away and will only have it ready in 2 or 3 days. I told him to call me when it was done so I could collect! No contact from Cycle lab for 2 weeks. Went into store to complain and Ryno says woops, he had not booked it in. 2 weeks passed and nothing was done. Then finally a phone call a couple days later and ready to collect only to realise that the back wheel was not my original (BRAND NEW WHEEL) but instead some old wheel which did not belong to me! They said woops, must have given your wheel to someone else but cant remember (the 2 weeks nothing had been done was probably when it went missing). They have been searching their books trying to find people with the same bike. Apparently searching back 2 months and NOTHING!!
Now 1 month later and I'm still waiting. No calls from Ryno nor cycle lab.
Very poor service and Ryno the responsible employee of Cycle lab Lynwood pretoria, doesn't give a about his responsibility to fix his error made by him!
